The Collectors' Register

Would you like to get in touch with other collectors who are in the same country or collects the same specific brand? This register is open for everyone to register in, and of course there's no fee.

Send what information you think is relevant (name, country, specific stove interests, e-mail address, perhaps a pic, etc) to stovecollector@virtually.online.no.The email addresses of the collectors are masked lightly in order to fool address gathering engines.

Hi , Nice web site. I have been using the www.spiritburner.com site for a while now. Your site broadens my horizons. I'm not a big collector. I have maybe 18 stoves but enjoy picking them up at tag sales, flea markets and on the web. My preference is alcohol stoves. O.K. that's a start.

I'm interested in corresponding with anyone who might have the same interests, any country.  I'm interested in specifically finding a 1941 issue Coleman Military Foxhole Stove.  I just acquired a Radius, Model 43, and it has really inspired me to continue collecting.  I look forward to hearing from someone soon.  Any U.S. interests that i may be able to help with, please feel free to ask.  I'm a fairly new collector, so I'm just "getting my feet wet", but am an avid flea market shopper, so I could be on the look-out.

This is a new hobby to me.  I picked up an Optimus blow torch at a boot sales this summer, and by the time I cleaned it up and got it working I was hooked.  I have 2 primus, 1 valor and 1 monitor stove to date and am looking for others that need restoring.

I have become partial to Gustav Barthel, Juwel stoves and  torches lately. Of course, that includes the Globe Gas Light #6.

I have about 25 stoves in my collection. They are all single burner white gas stoves, with a few double burners thrown in. I also like to collect a variety of differently engineered types and designs with some emphasis on German and military stoves.
